That was a rough one
We all come up short. Nobody wins everything. In any given day we have multiple points where we don’t achieve what we wanted to. Some of these “failures” are small while others seem monumental. The only thing we can do is control our response.
I just got back from Las Vegas where Karl Roberson lost his fight at UFC Fight Night. I gave myself a few hours to feel bad for myself and him, then it was back to figuring things out. That is the best thing we can do when thins don’t work out as we planned. You reassess and move forward smarter – better for the experience. This is how we lose the battle but win the war of life.
What are you doing today to be better based on your results from yesterday? This is the daily question we need to answer. This is what we do as a community at Killer B. Facing these questions alone is hard. Having a group and leadership keeps us accountable and grounded in the process.
Don’t allow yourself to accept the feeling that all is lost. If you are still breathing, you are still in the fight.
